Melo Accommodations has an agreement with a private parking 100 meters from the B&B.

The rate is € 15.00 for 24 hours.

It is possible to park the car on the street, taking into consideration that being located in the city center where all the street parking is paid.

Rates are:

Monday to Saturday from 08.30 to 20.30

FREE

Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 8.30 all sundays and holidays

If instead you do not want to waste a lot of time to find a place, you want to have a secure garage, you can inform us at any time from your booking and we will guarantee you a place at the garage affiliated to us.

At the time of check-in you will have to deal with all the paperwork (takes a couple of minutes), for this purpose:

Bring with you all the documents of all the guests who will stay.

You will be asked to pay your stay.

Booking from our official website melobari.it, the check-in time is from 11.00 to 00.00. On all other sites the check-in time is at 12.30.

In case of arrival before 11.00 you can arrive at 09.30, check-in and leave the suitcases free of charge. You will be notified of the time you will be allowed to enter your room. It is very important to know it first to better organize the cleaning service.

In case of arrival after 00.00 you will pay 15 euro, per hour that will pass, without tolerances.

The check-out time is at 10.00.

Early check-out is possible at any time after check-in.

Each room is equipped with:

  • Balcony;
  • TV,
  • WIFI,
  • Fridge;
  • Courtesy products (shower shampoo, toilet paper, etc.);
  • Hairdryer,
  • First supply of bed linen and towels;
  • Climate control.

Yes! It is possible to use the baggage deposit service for € 5.00 / baggage, from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Yes! Each room has its own bathroom inside the room itself. It will not be shared with anyone else.

You can settle your stay in the following ways:

  • Cash;
  • Credit / debit card (NO Amex and UnionPay);
  • Paypal;
  • Recharge of our PostePay card;
  • Satispay;

Bank transfer. In this case, the payment must be made within 7 days before the date of arrival.



Yes! Melo Accommodations is a company that owns VAT, and for this we can issue regular invoice for your stay.

We remind you that the invoice must be requested at the time of payment, otherwise a regular payment receipt will be generated in the name of an individual.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to issue an invoice after the receipt has already been issued.

In the case of foreign companies, a VAT number authorized by the European Community must be applied.
